Refund policy

We offer returns for 30 days. After 30 days we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened  and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

To complete your return, we require you to email us at eyup@deedsrum.com with a reason for the return and with details of your order number.

Please do not send your return to us without contacting us and getting a return refernce otherwise we will not be able to offer a refund,

Once your return is received and on the condition that the product is unused and unopened we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirming that we are issuing a refund to the same payment method used to purchase.

Any Shipping costs charged on the original order are non-refundable.
